OUR SERVICES
The innovation of our machinery
At OMLP, we are highly focused on the training and safety of our team, which can rely on innovative machinery capable of performing various processes. We achieve this through milling machines, CNC and traditional lathes, machining centers, and grinding machinery. In particular, we have:
- Mazak - machining center, ideal for turning and milling, leveraging the high technology of the LG 4000 Ø 700 tool.
- CMZ - lathe LG 3000 Ø 500
- Tos - boring machine table 1600 x 1400
- Mecof - milling machine table 6000 x 1000
- Tos - parallel lathe lg 10000 Ø 1100
- Sibimex - self-learning lathe 3000 x 500
- Grinding machine lg 4000
Materials we work with
At our plant, we work with a wide range of materials, including iron, stainless steel, and special alloys such as Inconel.
Our products
At OMLP, we work on various types of products, starting from medium to large-sized pieces, following the specifications provided by the companies that commission them.
We specialize in the construction of screw shafts, frames, bases, rollers, cylinders, and structures of various sizes, which we are able to process in the machine tools department.
In the machine tools department, we specialize in turning and milling operations with a capacity of 10 meters in length for turning and 6 meters for milling.
We adopt a flexible approach and utilize advanced technologies to meet the specific needs and quality standards required by our clients.
Our processes
Our machine shop is capable of performing various types of processes, such as:
Turning
“Turning” is a mechanical machining process in which a rotating workpiece is shaped by removing excess material. This is done using a cutting tool that moves along the axis of rotation of the workpiece.
Milling
Milling involves the use of a rotating cutter to remove material from a surface. It can be performed on solid materials or on previously machined parts, producing flat or contoured surfaces.
Grinding
Grinding is a finishing process where an abrasive is used to smooth or polish a surface. This technique is crucial for achieving very tight dimensional tolerances and extremely smooth surfaces.
Boring
Boring is a technique for creating precision holes in a workpiece. A rotating cylindrical tool, known as a boring tool, is used to refine and adjust the dimensions of an existing hole.
Assembly of Hot Parts
This process involves assembling components while they are heated. The high temperature facilitates plastic deformation and the formation of metallic bonds, creating strong connections.
Welding
Welding is the process of joining materials by melting parts, often adding a filler material. This method is crucial for creating strong and durable structures.
Assembly
Assembly is the process of joining different parts together to create a finished product. It can involve various techniques, including mechanical fastening, gluing, or welding.
